Trick or Treat is an exciting, atmospheric Halloween-themed card game, the fourth installment in the author’s SEASONS series. Players compete as wizard apprentices who must face the incoming, candy-demanding monsters on Halloween night in place of the mysteriously vanished master, while collecting glory points and jack-o’-lanterns, and chasing away the little wraiths that bring bad dreams.The game consists of five rounds: after a preparation phase, the monsters arrive, and the action begins, with players using their candy cards strategically to claim monster cards and the points they provide. The cards can also grant bonuses, jack-o’-lanterns, or present unexpected challenges. The player with the most points at the end of the five rounds wins.
Trick or Treat can be played at two difficulty levels and also includes a solo variant.
