Twilight City
Partisans in the Metropolis
As partisans, you aim to undermine the Governor’s regime while competing for prestige points.
Twilight City is a complex game featuring tableau building and resource management, with a solo mode offering unique challenges. The game has no set number of rounds. Each player gets 12 movement points per in-game day, but days don’t end simultaneously. Running out of time or money (e.g., for daily oxygen) reduces your time the next day.
Each turn starts with a Main Action: playing or selecting a card. Cards trigger movement and various actions. Players build a card row, gaining resources when adjacent symbols connect. Resources are used for sabotage and other activities, like infiltrating the government.
City movement is risky due to the Police Airship, which constantly changes position. If it spots a player, challenges increase for everyone.
